Vintage gone right

This weekend I was blessed to be a part of Micheals' wedding day and had to share her vision with you all. Having been doing hair and make up for weddings for 14 years now, I have seen quite a few girls attempt to resurrect their mothers gowns. To be honest, it's not always a success. The ones that work are timeless and the ones that don't look like costumes.

Never in all of my 14 years have I had a bride wear her soon-to-be mothers wedding gown. And NEVER have I had a bride wear it so well.

You could have told me this gown was a coture design straight off the Paris runways. Check it out:

First time around this cap veil was worn covering the top of the head. By setting it back on the head 3 inches we were able to still wear it with a modern hair style.
